• All 12 Oura Ring sizes (US 4–15), printed at true diameter, with each one marked for whether it's available on Ring 4, Ring 5, or both

How to use it

1. Download and print at 100% / Actual Size, not "Fit to Page." This matters more than anything else on this page.
2. Check the calibration ruler and square against a real ruler to confirm the print came out correct.
3. Wrap a strip of paper or string around the base of your finger and measure it against the ruler, or cut out a candidate circle and slide it on as a paper ring.
4. Use your result as a strong starting point, then confirm with our free sizing calculator or Oura's official sizing kit before you order, since the ring can't be resized after purchase.
